What ages and grade levels students are eligible for Acme program?
Our Core program welcomes students ages 4 years 9 months to 12 years with Advanced Chinese available for middle school students.
Does Acme provide transportation?
Acme does not offer transportation service directly, but may assist families in connecting with third-party service providers. Acme is not liable for any issues related to third-party transportation.
What is ACME's Authorized Pickup and Sign-Out Policy?
Students can only be picked up by adults authorized on their application form. The adult picking up the student must sign the student out with a legal signature.

What does your core instructional program look like at Acme?
Our core program typically runs from 3:00–6:00 PM. Please see our Afterschool page for details.
What’s the difference between Chinese Immersion and CSL?
Acme offers two tracks for students learning Chinese.
- Chinese Immersion is for students who already have regular exposure to Chinese at home or in their community. Most instructions are in Chinese. The curriculum focuses on listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- CSL (Chinese as a Second Language) is for students with limited or no Chinese background. The curriculum focuses on building foundational listening and speaking skills first, using more English support to ensure understanding and confidence.
How are Chinese classes structured?
Acme students (age 4 years 9 months–Grade 6) can choose one of two Chinese tracks:
For G6 and above, students may enroll into our Advanced Chinese Program, (Advanced I to AP Chinese prep). Currently, Advanced Chinese I is available, and more levels will open as the program grows.
- Chinese Immersion : Basic - Level 10
- Chinese as a Second Language (CSL) : CSLI (Level 1-2) or CSLII (Level 1-3)

what is the homework SCHEDULE in homework club?
During Homework Club period, most students follow the following order to ensure essential schoolwork gets done:
- Morning School Homework
- Acme English & Math Workbook
- Chinese Homework
How do I know the progress of my child?
Acme keeps parents informed on their children's progress through a number of channels:
- Weekly homework package (Blue Bag)
- Weekly email updates
- Spring teacher–parent conference
- End-of-year report card
- As-needed communication
Does Acme offer daycare on no-school days?
Yes, depending on the demands, Acme offers daycare on no-school days with additional fees:
- Full day (9AM–3PM)
- Half day (12PM–3PM)
How does your AI-Driven Math tool help my child?
Acme uses Afficient Math for students in Grade 3 and above. During Homework Club, most students do 20 minutes daily on Acme computers with teacher supervision. Families may opt out and use a paper workbook.

what Acme have any event during the school year?
We host many events that make learning fun and build confidence and community:
- Halloween (Oct): Costume parade and treat stations
- Holiday Party (Dec): Games and movie time with fresh popcorn
- Lunar New Year (Jan/Feb): Traditional games and cultural crafts
- Academic Competitions (Feb): Theme challenges and goal-setting
- Easter (Spring): Egg hunt and mini games
- Spelling Bee (Spring): Grade-level contest with certificates and prizes
- Open House (May): Student performances (songs, poems, short skits)
- Summer Camp (Jun–Aug): Weekly STEM/arts/sports themes and teamwork
What is the withdrawal policy?
A 30-day written notice is required. Refunds are prorated based on the last day of the 30-day notice period, start from the date after we receive parent's written notice.
What SHould I do if my child can not come to ACMe today?
Please notify the Acme office as early as you can your child will be absent via email or phone so our office staff can record attendance.
What should I do if my child becomes sick?
- Students must stay home if they are sick, especially with fever (100.4°F/38°C+), vomiting, diarrhea, or symptoms that limit participation. Students may return after being fever-free for 24 hours without medication. Some contagious illnesses may require a doctor’s note.
- If a student gets sick during the day, parents must pick them up promptly (usually within one hour). Please keep emergency contact information up to date.
- Medication at school requires a doctor-signed authorization form and must be provided in the original labeled container. Students may not self-administer medication unless the school approves.
How does Acme handle food allergies?
While we can not guarantee a completely nut-free environment, Acme provides only nuts-free snacks and prohibits food sharing among students.

How does the referral credit work?
If a family refers a new student who remains enrolled for more than 3 months, the referring parent receives a $100 school credit!
